27 Gorgeous Birdies in Design
To those of you who know me well, it’s no secret I’m obsessed with all the cute little birdies that seem to be popping up in everyone’s designs lately. They’re everywhere - on t-shirts, on websites, in logos and they’re even taking the form of stuffed toys. I thought I’d share some of my favourites so far.

Birdie Website - bird.ie

Tin art and other gorgeous bits and pieces available at littleblackrabbit.etsy.com

Walnut Rocking Bird from The Curiosity Shoppe

Studio Mik Mik Website - studiomikmik.co.uk

Hand-crafted stuffed owls from rabbitsmoon.etsy.com. I plan on getting a few of for my first bub. Not to mention Enzo the elephant.

The Chyrp bird. Not your typical pretty bird, but love it nonetheless.

Robeez Birdy Treds @ What She Buys. Gorgeous!

By far my favourite - the DIY bird mobile from design*sponge.

Wedding Chicks - great inspiration for brides-to-be, with gorgeous birdies included.
Of course I could not post about birdies in design without a mention of our favourite famous tweeter - the Twitter birdie. It’s worth mentioning, too, that the Twitter birdie, just like ‘fail whale’ is simply a stock photo. You can thank simonox.

Nice collection. I’d recently read about how Bird.ie and Twitter got their birds (in a post in Bird.ie), and it was mentioned that the photos were stock art.
Stumbled.

I added a custom bird for my tweets in the footer on my website. Check it out!

Yeah I wanted something different from the cartoon blue bird that is so prevalent with twitter posts. Not to mention I love that old illustration style of birds. I have a huge book of them at home.

Wow, you dug out some gorgeous examples there. I also have become obsessed with little birdies.
I managed to get cute birds into two different client design projects last year but made myself stop after that, lol.
You can see one of my birdies at - http://www.hellobeads.co.uk/, I prefer it in blue, which you can see on my website, but the client wanted this colour. But I think it looks cuter in blue.
