Amanda, I understand what you are saying about difficult to spell domains. I, however, have had to balance that with the value I get from having personal branding for my business.

In the constant struggle to attract business from massive corporate brands, I just hope I keep getting traffic from google from the few people who can actually spell my surname when they hear it!

Talk More is definitely one of my favourites. Clever, simple and quirky!

I'm pretty good with names so I don't have any trouble with Elephruit, but you raise a good point, particularly with domain names I think. You actually have to SPELL a domain name in order to get to it and I don't think it's something a lot of companies think about.

It is a pretty logo though. :D

Elephruit s simply outstanding. The others are pretty good as well - for instance Talk More is very very clever.

Elephruit though ....how can anyone remember how to spell their domain name or company name? Surely this is a marketing hindrance? I've had to scroll up about 5 times to try and spell it, and I've probably got it wrong still.

I do have a bad memory for names though to be fair.

Keeping it simple - logo designs...

When it comes to logo design, I’m a big advocate for simple designs. I don't believe that elaborate designs with swishes and swirls and huge illustrations are anywhere near as effective as a logo that has is simple and carefully designed. Think: Nok...
